Aren't they simply great? As I read them I got lost into a magical world, in which every optimist or person with a sense of humor was a wz-ard. Because we could let the magic in our soul, change the things around us (at least in our heads :-). Every grumpy person naturally became a muggle!
So when I heard about Wz.com a directory like dmoz.org or about.com, which wasn't looking for editors, or guides but wz-ards, my curiosity was piqued. I had to check it it out. I was wondering if it was going to be similar with just the name changed but to my amazement their world seemed to match the magical world in my head.
I liked the tone and feel of the site and applied for one of my favorite topics 'Humorous Quotations'. The very first mail I got from Stephanie (wz-ard manager) signed off wishing me to 'Have a Magical Day' and I was hooked. Since then I've had little pun battles with Sissi (wz-ard editor), got great tips from affiliate manager Wayne, and loved the magic wz-ardwire newsletters of Paul. Even got a little 'pat on the back' note from 'Big Boss' Audri. All with a great sense of humor.
Unfortunately the magic didn't last at WZ.com and the place wound up but this WZard had got used to being a WZard. So he started his own site which retains the motto ...

Oh, and remember this wz-ard writes 2 newsletters weekly. These newsletters are written as humorously as possible and give you the best resources on the net on the related topic....
No? Did you say? Where have you been? The Harry
Potter Collection of Books (currently 4) are an absolute must read. They are
touted as children's book but don't let that misguide you. They are a necessary
read so you can take your fantasy planes to new highs with wizards and their
magical fun worlds and muggles (non-magical people) and their mundane humdrum
lives.
I can now understand my boss screaming at me at work .. poor chap .. he's just a
MUGGLE! :-)
